Objective: Balance concern for people with concern for results.
Content: Introduce the Blake Mouton Grid, which highlights five different leadership styles based on a leader’s concern for people vs. concern for production (results).

- Recognizing different behavioral traits in your team
- Adjusting leadership style to behavioral types
- Strengthening team dynamics based on DISC assessments
- Learning to “dial it up” and “dial it back.”

- Romans 12:6-8 – "We have different gifts (strengths), according to the grace given to each of us."
- 1 Corinthians 12:14-20 – The body of Christ, with its many parts, emphasizes the value of different roles.
